As we are all aware the biggest consumer of resource in Heavy mineral sand industry is the wet process. A typical 100 TPH plant consumes about 40% power, 80% water. Also it’s the first step of the process where any loss of valuable mineral through tails can never be recovered back. Mineral processing being an art of science it’s the operator efficiency that determines the recovery of minerals. However the operator can be provided with information on real time basis so that he can take informed decisions and maximize plant productivity. This is the basic concept on which our system is designed. The system is highly customizable and can be modified as per client requirement and scaling up can be done with much ease.
